These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the legal services we provide, including corporate law consultations, contract structuring, data protection compliance, and intellectual property advisory for technology-driven businesses in Switzerland.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all users of the WHWM Law platform and clients engaging with our legal services. They cover all interactions, consultations, documentation, and support provided through our digital or in-person channels.
2. Services We Offer
WHWM Law provides specialized legal support for technology, SaaS, and innovation-based companies, including:
- Startup incorporation and shareholder agreements.
- IP protection, licensing, and trademark filing.
- GDPR compliance and data processing advisory.
- Contract drafting and review (NDAs, SaaS agreements, partnership terms).
- Dispute resolution and representation in regulatory matters.
3. Service Engagement
Contacting WHWM Law via the website or email does not constitute a binding agreement. A formal service agreement or written confirmation is required before legal work commences.
4. Pricing & Payment Terms
- All fees are quoted in CHF and are subject to VAT where applicable.
- We offer both fixed-price packages and hourly billing depending on the scope.
- Invoices are issued upon confirmation of service and must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If a client cancels or reschedules an appointment:

More than 48 hours in advance: No charge.

24–48 hours: 50% of the service fee is charged.

Less than 24 hours or no-show: Full fee is charged.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide complete and accurate information regarding their case.
- Delays or inaccuracies due to false or missing data are the client's responsibility.
- WHWM Law reserves the right to suspend services in the event of non-payment or misconduct.
7. Confidentiality & Data Handling
- All shared documents and communications are confidential and stored securely.
- Client data is not shared with third parties except where required by law or for legal processing (e.g., IP registration).
- Use of materials provided by WHWM Law is restricted to the scope of agreed legal services.
8. Changes to These Terms
WHWM Law reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of updates via email or website notification. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland.
